Share your story with us, how did you get into this lifestyle?
I got in to lifting weights more through an injury than anything else. The more I got injured from football and running track, the more time I spent in the gym.
What keeps you motivated?
I just like trying to progress in the gym, so I do everything I can to give myself the best chance of making gains.
What are your plans for the future ?
I’m just trying to get massive.
What does your training split look like?
- Back (horizontal pull)/Rear Delts
- Back (vertical pull)/Calves
What does your diet look like?
It looks pretty good. I’m on pretty low calories at the moment, as I have been in a calorie deficit for about 11 of the last 12 months. My diet is based mostly around whole, unprocessed foods… pretty much just animal and plant matter. I have one meal a week, where I will ‘overfeed’ taking me way over my usual calorie intake. In this meal I will consume much more calorie dense, processed foods.
What are your 3 favorite exercises and why?
Three of the most basic exercises that allow you to push the most weight and that is what I enjoy doing.
What supplements do you take ?
All from www.upsprotein.com.au
How do you maintain a balance between training, working and a social life?
My whole life is taken up with working/training/eating/sleeping and that is how I like it.

Those who have achieved greatness.
What music do you listen to at the gym ?
I do not listen to music at the gym, I lift weights.
